Can anyone help me...Whatever I do I can't center my T2 in windows95..
And yes I am using the adaptor...What is more wierd is that it centers
perfectly in dos. What could be the problem?

Any help is apreciated...

I have the same problem! Also when I try to calibrate or test everything goes
smoothly until I press the brake pedal. Then, w95 reports that the joystick is
not connected properly. I have tried setting up as a custom, 2-axis, 2-button
and also 2-axis, 2-button, race car controller with no success. I can only
conclude that this is a driver problem as DOS calibration is fine in all my
games.

Hoang,
Are you seeing this only while in the Calibration box in Win95, or is
it also showing up off-center in the TEST box?  If it's only the Calibration,
then that's fine...I'm not sure how normal it is, but Win95 often shows this
while calibrating, and it does not effect the calibration of the stick
adversely.

Paul,
This is probably a problem with the game card that you are using. I've
seen this exact problem several times, and in all instances, it was solved by
a Dedicated, Speed Adjustible game card.  If you already have one, try
adjusting the speed up or down a bit.  If you don't, it may be a good idea to
invest in one(only about $35 locally).  Here's a few that I'd recommend:

ThrustMaster ACM Game Card
Gravis Eliminator Card
CH Game Card III

That would be pretty good advice if it actually worked.  I have an ACM
card, a T2, and an FLCS, and I can't even get win95 to acknowledge that I have
a joystick attached at all (much less the T2).  It's all going through a
JoySwitch switch box, but even plugging directly into the ACM does not help.
Under Win95, my thrustmaster stuff may as well be plug-n-play (yes, that was a
slam on both Win95's plug-n-play inabilities and Thrustmasters compatibility).

Is your ACM card listed under 'Sound, Video, and Game Controllers' in the
Device Manager?

Can't center T2 under 95

Hi,

I have a T2 wheel controller on friends  second computer and problem is
as follows:

I am also having problems under WIN95 a  T2 controller. Under calibration
and under Test the crosshair is located/pinned  down in the far lower
right corner of the calibration/test window with all controls centered.
Cannot calibrate unit at all.

I am using the SB16 sound card, and works fine with my TSW wheel
controller on my  computer with same sound card. .I tried it with and
without adaptor with no sucess. I dont see why we have to buy some special
card for using T2 if my TSW works fine under same conditions and I will
not buy one. Ive tired two different T2 devices on both computers with no
success.

Under dos, the T2 works fine.  Any suggestions?

Trying to help a friend to get his T2 to work.

Thanks for any help
