N4: false advertising?

I thought I read somewhere that N4 would have ALL the tracks for the 2001
season, but I understand that Chicago and Kansas aren't there. Why's that?
Perhaps it was advertised as all the 2000 tracks, not 2001? Enlighten me,
lads!

Some people do nothing wrong.
The problem is, they do nothing.
And THAT is wrong.

When N4 was originally planned for release, the 2000 season would still
have been in full swing.  They chose not to update the license for the 2001
season.
I'm assuming this is to allow the use of 2001 tracks in another product
based on the
same program.(busch or trucks) They DID however update the car licensing to
include the 2001 cars and drivers, hence the Dodges and up to date team
changes in N4.

Also, too, it would be hard to put those tracks in when the cup cars haven't
actually raced on them yet as the predicted laptimes and lines based on
testing could change.

2000 tracks,
2001 team colors.
