other people, and we don't appreciate the butt-munch that's saying " Give
us more, more, more, and faster. Oh yeah, and make it FREE !!" We're
glad you told that dude to get a life. Keep up the great work.
Nice letter Jan. This newsgroup is full of a bunch of got-no-life,
got-nothing-to-do-but-whine, got-mommys-pc, punks who feel just
because they bought a game, everyone owes them something. "They owe me
GP2, they owe me Daytona, they owe me NASCAR2."
Get a life you worms. Find a girlfreind, get a book, and learn what to
do.

Don't feel guilty in the least for your dead-on rant. Would you
happen to mind posting it to every single *** group to remind
people that programmers are people too? There seem to be a
disproportionate amount of takers who feel that the providers should
be donating everything (time, money, product) on the takers timeline.

I think I can speak for the majority of us mature and appreciative
people out here that we very much agree with your position on this
matter. It is too bad that some just can't seem to be happy with a
truly "great" service. I could understand if it involved money and you
were feeling that something was substandard then go ahead and "***"
but when people volunteer to put their time and resources in a project
to add support and interest to a great concept and people complain, I
tend to see why these types of "free" projects die! Please everyone
just put things in perspective and enjoy the work being done by Jed,
Jan, and everyone involved with the pits or pretty soon you will not
have to worry about these types of offerings because they won't exist!
