I wanted to know if Nascar Racing 4 will appear on Dreamcast or Playstation
2 because I don't want to shell out lots of money to run this game and I
have read that WSC will appear on PS2 and Ferrari F355 ( the arcade one ) on
Dreamcast.

what's your systems specs? You may be exaggerating...
also where did you hear WSC for PS2?

The new systems have great graphics, but I wouldn't be surprised if they
didn't have enough muscle to fully run these physics engines. The consoles
DO cut a lot of corners to make a cheap system with powerful graphics.
