booted with a 10035 network error, I had a ping time of 320 mS on VROC but
once on the server it would go to 6 secs then 14 secs then I could see other
cars but the latency was showing 0. A few secs later I got the error message
and was booted. Sorry if I caused any problems.
BTW a reinstall of GPL has fixed the problem.
