ICR2 and Modem Play

ICR2 and Modem Play

I have ICR2 for windows and the Mac but cannot get the modem play to work.
 I can configure my modem but cannot find how to dial.  The multiplayer
option appears to only deal with network play.

Anyone figure this out?
