I have upgraded to Nascar 1.21 and have noticed some differences in
how the game plays now.

1.  The car is not as fast.  Before with my Talladega setup I could
run a 201 down the back straight-away.  Now I am lucky to get a 190.
However, the other cars are a bit slower also.

2.  My Michigan setup gets me up to 200 going into turn 1, and gets me
a lap average of about 177.  However, if I use the exact same setup
back at Talladega, my car still won't top 189 or 190.

Can anyone answer #2?  I don't understand.  Why would the car be
slower on a larger track than on a smaller one?  I would think that if
I could get 200 mph going into turn one at Michigan, that I could get
at least that going into turn two at Talladega!

Thanks for any help or faster setups.........

I can't remember off hand which tracks were "repaved" in the 1.21 update.
Though, one of them was Talladega.  Have you tried the new setups that
came with the patch?
