I have tried several times to get this forum and I'm unable to do so.
I'm thinking it is because this is a news server and not a news group.
If that is the case, just how do I go about receiving the posts on
there?  I sure could use some enlightenment on this one...
Thanks for any help you guys can supply.   ... Terry

Terry
If you are using IE5 go to Tools-->Accounts --->News --> click on "add"
button--->news  then fill in the blanks as they appear in the form. Once
you've signed up with the server you'll be able to download the list of
newsgroups from it.  I'm not familiar with Netscape so can't help you there.

there have not been more post with people not getting the messages.

just tried to get to it and kept getting the "unable to connect to

I think it went down and Jacob hasn't yet found out. :-)

Jacob posted a few days ago  that he might be taking the server down for work or
updates on Saturday.  He did not say how long it would be down.
