There should be a full 99 carset at NASCAR Sim-World ( www.sim-world.com )
before Daytona. Most of the 99 cars are there and can be previewed or
downloaded individually now.

The Storm Motorgroup (www.storm-motorgroup.com) also has a very nice 99 set
that can be previewed (might take a while, all cars are in one picture).

I like the 99 set at Simulator ***world
www.simracing.com/sim***world/index.html ) by Jake Calhoun - however,
there's only 32 cars.

Yes it willl work for N2, just unzip them into your N2 folder
