Intense 3d ICR2 Version?

I can't seem to get the ICR2 I got with my Intense 3d patched
correctly.  I tried using the 1.01 to 1.02 an the 1.00 to 1.02 versions
of the patches.  Is my version already patched?

Intense 3d ICR2 Version?

The version that comes with the card is already patched, except
for the paintkit.
