Yes, it is a remnant of the IndyCar engine that never did get pulled. We
have asked that question every so often on the Papyrus BBS (usually when
a new caller starts wondering around the message bases). And that's the
answer we get. As to the question of did they plan on using it somehow
initially they haven't given us a satisfactory answer.

Maybe you should think about what he asked! He asked about the possibility of
variable weather conditions; i.e., is it possible for it to start raining during a
race, and if so would the race be red-flagged! Get a clue before you try and make
someone look stupid!
