Help needed: The Pits utilities

I have been trying to download several files from the Pits and have been
unable to do so because of the slow speed. These files are not available
on the Pits U.S. mirror.
The files I need are:

*NEW!* INDY500 Convertion Program.

*NEW!* INDY500 Corrected AI files.

*NEW!* INDY500 Convertion Program for Nascar.

If anyone out there has good access to The Pits and would be so kind as
to send these three zip files as attachments to my email, I would be
very grateful. I'm just a little frustrated, knowing these utilities
exist but not being able to download them.
