Best wheel for...

Looking to buy a new wheel for my favorite racing sims.  I enjoy: GPL,
Nascar3, TOCA 2, Rally Championship 2000, and GP3 (when I get it).  I am now
using the old Thrustmaster Grand Prix 1 (sucks, glitches and forces my cars
into the wall).  Force feed back is not a must since I hear it is a system
hog (PIII600, 128MB, TNT2 Ultra) but, I hear it does improve you skills, I
do Like the pedals on the wheel, but don't want to sacrifice quality for
that.  Appreciate any and all opinions, thanks.

store bought item the wheel and flippers for shifting are realy sweet and
there are rour programible buttons on the wheel,
what i dont like is that the gas and brake doesent have a stiff enough
spring hard to feel how much brake your using but i give it a 8 out of ten
for a out of the box setup

Ok I really couldn't resist, all these wheel queries sound like personal
ads, and this one was just to ripe for it for me to let go. :)
