a nice looking set up called the Pro-Control ProWhhel Driving System II.
I have a qustion, the ad says that the pedals are adjustable for heel and
toe or left foot braking. Why should anyone care? Isn't the output from
the pedals on the same axis as the T2? If so how, then the game only
sees one number not 2. Other than smoothness (debatable) you aren't
getting anything like the control afforded by left foot braking on a real
car. It would be nice to see some sims in the future that allow separate
analog inputs for clutch, brake, accel, steering (you've got 4 axis
right)Of course this would mean that those of us with T2s could by the
upgrade kit from Trustmaster for the Clutchpedal and modify the Brake
Pot. I wouldn't put too fine a point on this, but I have been
thinking of the feasibility of adding a clutch, in the sims -- I'm still
using autoshift and braking help so I'm not ready yet. I'd rather find a
paddle shifter and pretend indycars have pnumatic clutches like F1.
If anyone does know if left foot braking is supported using pedals,
and wheather it makes a difference, please let me know. I used to havea
Mario Andretti Racing game where you could use left foot braking
(with the joystick buttons) and it made a big difference.
