Is ANYBODY out there running NASCAR over a Windows for Workgroups
(3.11) Network?
If so, How??

I've tried all the obvious.....

Please don't reply with NOVELL or any other network....
WFW only.

Thanks

Althought I'll try not to say Novell (oooopps!), my experience with games
that support a networking feature is that they utilitize the IPX transport
which of course is native to Netware.

Haven't yet tried to run any of these games in a pure WFW environment
although I would albsoletly try loading a IPX protocol in the WFW config
for your NIC.

Hope it works....Will try to test it myself soon....rt

Nascar racing runs only in DOS, so how do you plan to run it from a
WFW network setting? As a DOS Shell, maybe? Hope you have a BIG
machine witha LOT of memory.

IHHD DOES work with Nascar racing, and does enable some LAN racing,
but is more of a bother, than just cabling the two machines together.
IHHD over the net is slooow with Nascar racing, which barely tolerates
14400, let alone slower speeds.
