People on Hawaii are going 188-189 in the sprint races. If you car is
pushing, then you need to loosen it up. How you do that will depend on
where it's pushing. Here are some basic things to try:
1. Reduce crossweight
2. Increase rear bias
3. Soften RF shock
4. Stiffen RR shock
5. Lower RF tire pressure
6. Increase RR tire pressure
7. More negative camber on LF
8. More positive camber on RF
9. Increase stagger
If you want a more complete description of how to work on a setup, follow
the URL in my sig and take a look at the setup guide. There's also a
possibility that part of your problem is the line you're driving. There are
a lot of different lines at Atlanta, but there's a very distinctive groove
where the fast laps are usually run. Save a replay of a race where someone
is putting in scorching laps and watch the line they are running. Work on
getting your car setup to run that same groove. And practice offline - A
LOT! Those guys running fast laps didn't just pick up a fast setup
somewhere and drive fast overnight, they have some seat time and it shows.
