If I knew how to check the frame rate, I could let you know.

It would vary a lot with different tracks and mods. I ran the following
test:

P4 3GHz/533, 1Gb RIMM
ATI X800PRO Cat Drivers 4.9
AA=2x
AF=2x
1280x1024, 32 bit, 70Hz
Default Install of F1C
Reported by 3D Config= 79.6MTri/Sec (78.0 with Cats 4.11)
All graphics maxed except:
Pit Crew Animations=Low
Movies=Off
Broadcast Overlays=Off
10 sound effects (don't know if this affects)

Monaco,***pit View, Test Day
In the pits=130fps
In the track: Max 165fps, Min 89fps

Monaco Race, starting 5th
In the grid=45fps
In the track on Lap 1: Max 65fps, Min 42fps
