IMS expansion pack for ICR1

If anyone know where to get the IMS expansion pack for ICR1 I would
appreciate the lead.  The pack that has Indianapolis on it.

This seems to be a rather hot item.

Any help very appreciated.

I have rediscovered ICR2/CR-3D -- and just recently the Rendition
version -- after the MS-CPR debacle and am VERY interested in obtaining
the IMS to convert to this format.  Anyone help here?  I found ICR1 at
CompUSA for $5 but it didn't have IMS like I was expecting.  :(
