hard truck 2 problem

i have hard truck 2 patched to 5.5 (latest) and i can't seem to get a
framerate above 10-20 fps.  on the long drives that ht2 requires, this can
get very *** the eyes after only a short period of time.  thanks for any
suggestions.

celeron 600
192 megs of ram
v3 2000 oc'ed to 170 w/ latest drivers (tried not oc'ed also)
win me

I have a P3/550, 192mb, V5-5500 on fastest-mode.  With everything turned
down low it still chungs.  I wonder what cpu/video combinate will get
this program moving?  Very unforunate actually, it was fun for the first
day or two.

thanks for the reply.  that kind of sucks.  the game doesn't look to be
really proc or video card intensive.  probably just bad programming.
