It's the game, Cart is really only good for playing on the internet against
your buddies.

You'll have to tell me your secrets.  On the non-oval tracks I have trouble
keeping up with the pack on the intermediate level not to mention the pro.
(Have you tried all three modes) Its in your Player setup.

you can also customize their speed in the cart.ini or system.ini file.
