Is there any game out there where I can drive a General Lee (69 Charger
from the Dukes of Hazzard).... Even if I need a patch to drive the car....

Try Need for Speed 3. I can't recommend the game (though it's
gotten great reviews) because of its poor driving model, but the
graphics are top-notch and you can download a General Lee (yes, Stars
and Bars included) from http://nfscheats.com/hs3/. At this site you
can also find the wheels of Starsky & Hutch.

Try Interstate '76. You can drive anywhere and jump reveens(sp?)
like the real thing. Just be sure to load up with guns, guns and more
guns ;)

Darrell,
There is a patch available for Need For Speed 3 in which you can drive the
General Lee. It is not very realistic, though, as the top speed is 200+.
Don't know the address, but the site name is "hacked speed 3."
