One of the best places to go is gamesnet, IRC.  There's a room called #Viper
there, and most times there are a few people*** around looking for a
race.

Just to clarify, it's #Viper on GamesNET.  We just put up a web chat
for that.  For more info, go check out:

Expect it to be pretty busy in there Sunday nights, as the tournament
finishes up this Sunday and the new one starts (probably) next Sunday.
