        No matter how good the Papyrus programmers think they are, I do
not think there is anyway they can "simulate" the USAC officials from
this years Indy 500.

Sure you could, just release the alpha version.

The very early alpha versions of Indycar had really bad AI, and it was
close. With unfinished code you *CAN* get close to their stupidity.
However, I think the programmers would have to get loaded up bad on alot
of cheap wine to consistently model USAC's stupidy.
