ICR2 Guide in PDF?

Is there a version of Steve's ICR2 handbook in PDF anywhere?  I
reinstalled it for a little nostalgia (and because it's still the best
open wheel sim ever) and feel like giving it a read again.
Unfortunately I have the version that came with the 'Sierra Editor's
Choice' collection so it only has a print copy of the full manual.
