I've done a lot of rallying in the wet, and also motokhanas - these are
tight circuit on grass. Rallying on slippery clay surfaces or mud can be
incredibly difficult. There is almost no traction at all. With any sort of
downhill slope, you can actually accellerate with your car fully locked up.
You have to steer the car about a corner ahead of where you want to turn in.
