This is for the spotter.  It indicates some different places on the track
(turn1, backstrech, etc..)

This goes in relation with the DDLNG numbers. Each of them makes the spotter
tell a different sound. So if there's a crash in turn1 (Witch is per exemple
168), he will do the sound 1 witch is "There's a crash in turn1". Well...
it's something like that I am not sure. AFAIK.

This is the color of the up and bottom color that you see in your mirror.

This is when you race in Arcade mode. I think it goes in relation with the
RELS and BLAP. ASTRN as in Arcade Strengh.

Same thing as above but for Arcade Power.  One of those two lines I think is
too put your grip better, and the other one for making the AI go faster if
they are behind you, or slower if they are ahead of yuo (a.k.a. Daytona USA
arcade game).

Relative positions along the track so spotter know where the turns
start and end,

Palette choice for rear view mirror, top and bottom half.

AI Arcade Strength and Power. Uses these multipliers to increase the
AI's overall speed to match the different physics available to the
player in the arcade mode.

For a full run-through of what all the track text files do, take a
look at the "N2 Bits" part of my site... :)

Thanks,

Jon Guest :-)
