Hi

Can any of you GP2 boffins help me

I have downloaded the No Cd Rom utility and cannot seem to get it to work

I have unzipped it to my gp2 directory and followed the instructions
in the readme file but when I try to run the game without the cd it does
not work.

YES, I do own a registered copy of GP2.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you check that you started with a "full install" of GP2? It doesn't work
with a minimum or medium install.

You have to copy all the UNZIPPED files to your GP2 directory.
Are you unzipping them ok? and copying them to the correct place?

You then run nocdrom.bat.
Are you running the correct file?

The computer should then back up your old gp2.exe and acouple of other
files in a new directory called "orig", and should then copy all the
necessary files to your hard drive, in your gp2 directories.
Is your pc backing up the files? creating the "orig" directory? copying
the files from the cd to your hard drive?

You can then run GP2 without the cd.

Course you own the registered version of gp2.... the Razor release was
already cracked.
