Does anybody have a good .pcx file that I can inport into Nascar Racing that's
a good rendition of the Intimidator's #3?

Try IWCCCARS (http://www.alinc.com/~iwcc/iwcccars.html).  In that car set
there's a scanned Goodwrench Chevy as well as the 1995 Winston Cup lineup.
