Just a public "Thank you" to you and your company. I asked for advance
parts since I had 2 T2's at my house. Your Service Department was kind
enough to send a generous packet of parts (right down to the tie-wraps).
Wonderful attention to detail.
2 days after receiving the parts, the dreaded breakage happened. I had 3
guests over and we were giving Nascar a good shake-down. Imagine their
surprise when I "just happened to have spare parts" on hand. We had only a
half hour of down-time, which was a good opportunity to take a break and eat
anyway.
After having the pedal unit apart, I've got an idea which would reduce the
possibility of the springs breaking - without changing the design of the
pedals at all - just the spring. I'll even be a test site.. :-)
Can I work for Thrustmaster in my spare time? ;-)
