You definitely want v-synch off, but you might try FSAA on & off & note the
diff (quality & perf). Ditto ansiotropic filter. And mess with an nVidia
tweak util like nVmax. CAREfully (you won't gain much w. o'clocking, but
you could lose the card; stick to the gfx tweaks).
