: Does this happen to anyone else? When I'm at a track, mostly short tracks,
: and I get a run and I go high the AI car come up and pinches me into the
: wall. You have to be like up to the front fender of the other car or he
: comes over. If you are behind that point the car just runs me right into
: the wall.
This is a big problem with the AI. Sometimes even being up to the front
fender coming high out of corners isn't safe. One just has to adjust to
the fact that this is a dangerous move. Apparently the AI's spotters
have an extreme blind spot at this moment on the tracks.
I haven't taken the time to play with the drivers skills in N2, but
sometimes giving them better numbers in the traction section can go a
long way in helping to "calm" down this action of the AI.
They really should hold their line coming out of the corners if the
other car is still on the outside. It would be nice if Papyrus would
look at this and work a little bit harder to fix it. It's been around
since ICR1 (I don't really recall experiencing this too much in the
original Indianapolis 500).
