First of all, if you get a European car set you need the European
version of the sim. For example, if you download the AUSCAR set from
the IWCCCARS Project Euro site, you'll need the Euro sim to run it.
However, if your version of the sim and the car set are the same
(either both US versions or Euro), then most likely you have installed
the file incorrectly, and the .DAT file does not match the directory
name the set is in.
Hope this helps!

Since you are a machine and not a person (your address is only a domain
name). I will have to post the answer here (you left no e-mail
address).
This is how the Europeans fix American carsets.
To use carsets, which were created with the US Version of Nascar, with
the *** version you must do the following:
either make your *** version a US version by
changing all occurences of the ASCII sequence beng13 to kell_5
in the two files OBJS.DAT and your CARS94.DAT
or make the US carset a *** carset by
changing all occurences of the ASCII sequence kell_5 to beng13
in that new <carset>.DAT file.
