Bought a Wingman FF, and it cuts out intermittantly... Although the the 2nd
patch fixed this problem in N2, it can't be applied in 50th av ed.
Going to return wheel for thrustmaster, but don't want to.

Checked on Logitech web site and sierra, but to no avail, car still cuts
out.
any suggestions?

Have you tried redoing the N50 conversion with the patched N2?

Just a thought.

Most new Digital wheels, if not all, will not work with the DOS versions
of N2.  Of any flavor.  Even the 1999 version.

There are rare exceptions based on pure luck.
