I ordered my card last week so i called today about a refund and it
was no problem at all. Everybody i have dealt with at Intergraph has
been great. If you are thinking about getting a Rendition card this
is the company to deal with.

Eric T. Busch gets a refund, no questions asked, but Morris Jones Jr is
told just the opposite.
I ordered mine about ten days ago. I received it on friday, November 1.
That same night I see the new price on Intergraph's site.

 My indycar installation floppy is corrupt. I was a nightmare installing
the card. Total windows lock up. I'll ask for the refund but if they
refuse, this card is going back pronto.

Intergraph is the best company i have ever bought anything through
the there is not many company if any that would give a refund, they are
the best

Reactor $50 Refund

I didn't get any special treatment.  Apparently some operators were not
made aware of the refund policy until today.  As it now stands, anyone
who has ordered the reactor in the past 30 days (that's everyone) is
entitled to the $149 special pricing.  BTW, the card is not permanently
$149.  The list price is still $199, but it has been marked down for
the upcoming holiday season.  

BTW, if they choose to drop the price again (which shouldn't happen)
you still have the 30 day (from the time of purchase) price matching
guarantee.

I called this morning and got a refund in around 3 minutes (1 of which
was spent on hold waiting for an operator). The operator (Tammy) was
quite pleasant.

  I got my refund today from the same operator too.  She was so fast, I
hadn't even finished asking the question before she asked my last name and
it was done.
