As I am taking my NROS experience for qualifying... it is impossible.

But... some people offline can alter their track.txt file to make that
possible.  And remember the wind and temperature can make a big difference
in qual at Talladega.

The best I saw is about 197.5 with 40degrees and wind blowing on the
backstretch.

198mph avg with the plates on and no drafting is impossible.
