NASCAR " It dosn't get any closer than this "
This is only in SVGA. I run a P60 and turn off grass and track texture.
All other detail is set to on. I get very smooth graphics. I prefer to
lose the track and grass instead of the crowd though. The crowd adds so
much to the racing experience.

I have a P90 with 16 megs, and perhaps not the best DOS video card.
Even in VGA mode, I have to limit the graphics to get what I consider
an acceptable frame rate and to avoid the in/out display which is
important to me.
What do you mean by 'lots of memory'? I have a P90 with 16megs
and I run 33 cars on all tracks with full detail with no problems.

It runs reasonably well with all features on but you are right to get
optimum frame rates I have several of the features set auto.

Fans in the stands (this one I set on/off depending on the track)

DOS/4GW (the extender we use with NASCAR) allos you to address up to 4
Gigabytes (the full 32-bit address space). (Thus the name DOS/4GW.)
