Nevermind. I found out the page is www.sierra.com.

Interesting thing about this is that www.papy.com resolves as a japanese
business named tobi... My guess is that papyrus used to use a virtual web
server shared by several companies.

There is no Papyrus homepage anymore, or Papyrus for that matter.  They
have been acquired by Sierra On-Line, and their products are now displayed
on Sierra's product pages at http://www.sierra.com

I just tried papy's home page - www.papy.com - and it's not working for my
browser (netscape 3.0). The character set is screwed up and netscape

For starters, that's not Papyrus' home page anymore.  They've moved it to
Sierra's page.
