The Vintage Internet Racing Club (VIRC) is looking for a few more
contestants to fill up their driving roster and to have exciting races
at the novice and intermediate level.

no longer accurate -- the original administrator had a sudden change in
work schedule and I have stepped in his place temporarily to get the
ball rolling.
