Yes, such an editor does exist. I don't remember what the name is or how to
locate it but I do have a copy at home. I will mail you the info as soon as
I remember to bring it in from home.

Don't just mail it, post it up!
I'd like something to edit helmet colours etc myself
I already have the car colour designer and performance improver...
Does anyone know if a track designer is possible for F1, STILL easily
the best motor racing game on the planet?!!

Then you must get F1ed v2.0 from wuarchive.wustl.edu. It's in
/pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS/games/editors/f1ed200.zip. Just remember to upgrade to v1.05
of the game also.
