This notice is posted every Monday to rec.autos.simulators,
comp.sys.ibm.pc.games, and rec.autos.sport.f1 (where it is slightly off-
topic, but questions about this game seem to crop up at least once a
week so I figured it was worth pointing out).
On the first Monday of every month I post a series of articles
concerning MicroProse Formula One Grand Prix (a.k.a. World Circuit),
consisting of the articles listed under the Contents section below. The
articles will also shortly be available on the World Wide Web (hence the
rather odd format; this article doubles as the WWW title page), and via
FTP.

Thanks to all of the following who have helped in the creation of these
documents, including:

Bell), who put the thing together in the first place.
3. Still to be added
Being considered is a Technical FAQ for all the file formats that we
know about. DG: I know some of the file formats, but don't know how the
checksums are generated; a description would be very much appreciated.
The track guide needs to be totally revamped, including the proper names
of all the corners, and descriptions written by the faster drivers of
how to do a good job at each circuit. I've made a start but so far only
Montreal is done; contributions in a similar style are greatly
appreciated.
If anyone has a richtext (RTF) or perhaps HTML to plain ASCII convertor
for DOS or Windows that actually works, I'd love to lay my hands on it.
I've tried HTMLCON and it was crap; I also tried compiling RTF2TEXT with
DJGPP but gave up. Help!
