Has anybody tried ABC Sports IRL Racing? Comes with Indy. Just wondering
how it compares to ICR2 before I waste $30.

You have got to be kidding me. Could you please tell me in what way ABC
Road to Indy is a better game than Papyrus Indycar 2(now called CART
Racing)?

It is a better GAME, ICR2 is a better *SIM*... ABC is in no way a sim..

Tony,
not to mince words, but are you out of your mind? How is this game
better than one of the few realistic racing sims available. Where is the
damage model? Where is the AI? The graphics are mediocre at best. The
whole thing plays like some console game. I'll bite, but expalin why ABC
is better. I buy every driving sim (game?)on the market and consider
Road to Indy almost unplayable, but I had to have the Brickyard.

If you are going to post sarcasm then you had better indicate it somewhere in
the message. This poor guy might take you seriously.

On the slim chance you were serious and actually liked ABC - you are one sick
puppy and should be banned from this newsgroup as the only thing ABC simulates
is an IRL encylopedia. There isn't one byte of realism in this
...ahem...."game".

I have it and it sure needs work, lots of potential but try cart racing or
icr2 first!

I was told by somebody at ABC Sports, not to buy the game...It sucked

Well said... Someone should start a new newsgroup called rec.autos.games for
the likes of ABC IRL, NFS-2, X-Car, etc. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy 'em...
but they're not a SIM...

......somehow I doubt that it is better than ICR2...especially the
rendition version
