With a new system to improve control, and a new ranking system, my next
short term goal...under 300 in St. Eldred's Cup! I've got the national
ranking to think of now, too.

This Nation's Cup is getting to be a pain - my latest improvements
today (8:51 at the Ring, 1:27 at Zandvoort) have helped push the UK up
to 14th place, but it's a little bit close (UK +45.57, Italy +45.76).
And Italy have only got 9 drivers, as against our 118, so one person
improving makes more difference to them.

Oh well, time to get back to the Ring...

Well I wouldn't want to mention any names, but SOMEBODY certainly
seems to be holding us down in the Nations Cup ;-)

Hey Don,

Mission accomplished! I forget what we were at, but I think it's gone
up. We're ahead of the US at the moment...8^)

I would expect us to be ahead of a nation that prefers land yachts and
arrow straight six lane freeways ;-), futher ahead actually. What blows
me away is how far the Germans are ahead of us. Exact same number of
people, 52, but they are at 7.1, compared to our 78.5
And I'll bet most of the reason is that they all mastered the
Nurburgring as their first track. Come on Canada, were getting our
butts kicked.

Yes - the US hasn't covered itself in glory so far - ahead of only
South Africa, Ireland and Denmark in the main division.

Having said that, Canada's rating ain't great - and there's a *big* gap
to Spain above you. And an even bigger one to the mighty United Kingdom
(at 46.014)! :-)

(What's with these Finns? Must be all those rally drivers jumping tje
kerbs...)

Gimme a year to practice and I'll help the team. :-)

I'd resisted tossing my ATi Rage Fury card just to play GPL.  Well, D3D
patch looks successful... just upgraded my system, so... finally ordered
GPL!
