Cart PR - No spotter?

I've been following the new game, and just realized that I have yet to see
anything mentioned about a spotter being included (perhaps the best addition
to Nascar2).  Now I guess Bob Vasha has lent his voice to the game for
"authentic race commentary" (Microsoft's words).  Does this mean you will know
of accidents ahead of you?  I doubt it if he'll provide you instructions like
"go low", "go high", and "what a bonehead move!" (I get the last one a lot).
That would be a significant omission, but not terminal.

Has anyone heard/seen different?

CART has just started expermenting with allowing spotters recently, and I
don't think they work exactly the same as NASCAR does.  Also, CART runs on
a couple more road courses than ovals.
