NR1999 Spotter on CrAcK!

Well mabey not, but when I installed N1999 all sounds while racing are
distorted, and the spotter talks fast with a high piched voice.  This is only a
problem when running in 3DFX, works fine in rend., and software mode.

I remember hearing about this problem, but didn't pay much attn., as i was not
having trouble at the time.

Try disabling DirectSound Hardware Acceleration in your MontegoII
control panel.
