I'm testing my server manager program, and have started a cycling
server called "RASCAR Test", running races at North Carolina
(Rockingham).

The RASCAR invite list is in use, and I'm especially interested in
seeing if anyone with a LPI of 0 can join. So, when you get a chance,
try it out.

It will be available most of the day, beginning at 9:15am eastern
time (or until I hear from a few RASCAR people that they could join
without any problems).
