here we go again.....

What is the TCC?

TCC is "The Triple Crown Championship", an ICR2 league.  I
think the name refers to when the IndyCars ran at Pocono, Indy,
and Ontario (I may be mistaken on the tracks), and the winner of
all three would be titled the Triple Crown Champ.
