STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN POWERSIMS.COM AND LIKEREAL RACING ANNOUNCED

PowerSims.com (Part of the Internet Motorsports Network - "IMN") and
LikeReal Racing (a division of Virtual Motorsports) have agreed to cross
promote and combine their talents to more effectively reach the Sim Racing
community.

PowerSims.com will be the Official News Site of LikeReal Racing Tournaments
and will host race results, pictures, and other material related to the
tournaments. "LikeReal Racing has been looking for a place that is committed
to Sim Racing and provides current and topical news and information relating
to all of sim Racing" said David McCall. " I am constantly asked for a
single place those wanting to get involved in Sim Racing can go for helpful
information to get them started, PowerSims.com is the perfect choice."

Founded in 1997, LikeReal Racing (LRR), a partner and tournament division
of Virtual Motorsports, Inc., is the premiere LAN-based computer Racing
tournament in the world. LRR has attracted hundreds of racers to "Live"
Racing events in cities across the country.

Founded in 1999, PowerSims.com, a division of Motorsports Media and
Marketing Group, Inc (MMMGI), is the premier online Sim Racing Magazine on
the Internet.  PowerSims.com covers only titles that qualify as being racing
simulations, not arcade game titles.  PowerSims.com attracts over a hundred
thousand hits a month and offers editorials, news, guides, interviews,
community forums, and any other information pertaining to the Sim Racing
Community.
