Wrong? Wrong?? As much as this thing has been around in the public
domain it seems to me that the only "wrong" thing that has happened is
possibly if the writer of the patch didn't get permission to begin
with, All this guy did was temporarily distribute something he was
given permision by the author to distribute. That and maybe patch
authors should shoot for naming it daytona beach or portland speedway
or something different. Of course I suppose that someday they will
figure out a way for companies to sue everybody that ever posted a
file or image they didn't create. (just what we need, 2 million more
lawyers <G>)

Ouch, (Hard Drive crashes suck) (backup, backup backup)

Is ok by me but man it gets old seeing the little guys get shoved
around by them what have as many attorneys on retainer as Hertz has
cars.

Just my 1.5 cents worth.
Ron.

Hmmmm. Those are the words of a man who's never been at the receiving end of a
lawsuit. Why don't _you_ distribute Daytona.

And be sure to include your full name, address and email address in
the patch to save the plaintiff some attorney fees eh.

Heh, well I imagine it's better to have a HD crash than a financial
crash when the Attnys get through with ya.
