That would be "Je ne parle pas francais" but it's a nice effort
anyway.  Keep trying!

That's the biggest problem with you spoiled people who have english as =

each other. What deda wrote was in *portuguese* (brazilian portuguese, =

> Why is it a problem?

Mr. Mark F. took a Portuguese sentence as being Spanish. And this is the
point that I enphasized (it is a minor question whether it is brazilian or
portuguese portuguese) . If he didn't know what that language was, it
would have been enough to say that it would be a lot nicer to post
messages in English, because it is understood by a *lot* of people. You
most certainly wouldn't like if someone read something written in English
by you and said "Wow, what a beautiful czech tale!". When you don't know
something about a particular subject, you should admit that, not start
blind guessing, right?

No I can't (although I can phonetically distinguish Irish, Australian,
Scottish and, of course, Texas accents...), but anyway, as I said, it is
not the point.

It is important because my language was mistaken for castellano! And that
pisses off portuguese people a lot, although you are not obligated to know
that :-)Further information: portuguese has no dialects...just different
ways of opening the wovels. Brazilians do it wider (nice logo for a
T-shirt!)

When it comes to cultural subjects, they must be!

...you got it!

  Same to you, John

Rui
