CMR 2.0 and TSW2 help needed

I have a problem using the TSW2 pedals with CMR 2.0.

In order to drive, I have to hold the brake pedal down and then drive
as usual. It seems like the brake axis is reversed, but the gas axis
is fine. Any one else have this problem?

Is there a solution?

I had the same problem.  I made sure that I used the wheel in combine axis
mode and then calibrated in Xp before I went into the game.  I made sure to
turn the flip pedal axis to yes and then calibrated the pedals with in the
game.  I have a custom Tsw2 with the combined and split axis capability.
